Robert Vanlone was extradited to New York in October 2024.

According to New York prison records, Vanlone was convicted of sexual abuse in the 1st degree. He was sentenced to two years and six months in prison.

A New York fugitive was arrested in Alachua County yesterday.

Last month Robert Vanlone, 41, was charged with strong-arm rape in Tioga County, New York. A warrant has been out on Vanlone from the Tioga County Sheriff's Office.
