Archer Man Arrested for Pouring Bleach on Woman and Screaming While Punching Cabinet

Charles Sanchez Simpson, 43, was arrested Wednesday morning and charged with aggravated domestic battery and property damage. 

The victim reported that during an argument, Simpson doused her with a bottle of bleach and poured bleach across her residence. Simpson then punched a hole in a cabinet while screaming and smashed a chair.  

Simpson claimed the victim tried to pour the bleach on him and that it went everywhere because he grabbed it. Simpson admitted to punching a hole in a cabinet and smashing a chair. 

A witness reported that Simpson doused the victim with bleach, punched a hole in a cabinet while screaming, and smashed a chair.  

Update | August 24:

In December 2024, prosecutors dropped the aggravated battery charge.

In May 2025, Simpson was convicted of property damage (misdemeanor) and sentenced to six months of probation.
