Jonathan Patrick Dayton, 39, was arrested on Wednesday and charged with assault.
Alachua County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Cedrick Henderson reported the following:
“The victim stated [Dayton] returned to the residence to get
Frederick Jermaine McGrew, 22, was arrested last week and charged with aggravated battery.
During an argument, McGrew reportedly yelled at the victim and jabbed his fingers in her face repeatedly. During the jabbing,
Randy James Gillis, 44, was arrested on Tuesday on a warrant for one case of aggravated battery and another case for larceny, crimes against a disabled adult, and battery with a prior conviction.
Update May 5: Chell was released 0n a $10,000 bond shortly after he was booked into Marion County Jail. His arraignment is scheduled for May 13.
