Fired UF Health Employee Faces Jail Time for Indecent Exposure
Editor’s Notes: The mugshot is from when Brandon Mulling was arrested and charged with sexual battery, not from his recent case.
A terminated registered nurse at UF Health, Brandon Lee Mulling, 31, is facing up to one year in jail for indecent exposure, a misdemeanor.

According to the police report, on two separate occasions, Mulling stood on his balcony while masturbating and looking into the victim’s apartment.
Mulling was fired from UF Health last year after University of Florida Police Department officers arrested him on a count of sexual battery. A few months after Mulling’s arrest, prosecutors disposed of the case without filing formal charges.
Mulling's new offense occurred in July 2025 and prosecutors filed formal charges in November 2025.
Mulling was served a summons in December 2025, for which he appeared.
Mulling is pleading not guilty and has a pretrial conference scheduled for February 23.
Indecent Exposure Police Report:
The victim explained to police that there is a visible line of sight between Mulling’s balcony and her window. She said that when she woke up from a nap, she observed Mulling and he made eye contact with her while committing the sexual offense. Even when she moved to the other side of her bed, Mulling reportedly bent down to continue looking at her while masturbating, prompting her to contact law enforcement. The victim said Mulling did the same thing the night before, looking at her while masturbating on his balcony.
Files that police obtained from the property manager showed Mulling was the only resident of the apartment in question.
Mulling's prior case is referenced in the police report, stating, “[Mulling] was involved in another incident where he raped [a] woman on University of Florida campus.”
Rape Case Police Report:
On February 3, 2025, Mulling picked the victim up in his vehicle after meeting on Bumble and drove her to the parking lot at the Stephen O’Connell Center. What started as consensual kissing turned into Mulling raping the victim, the police report states.
Police verified that Mulling was at the Stephen O’Connell Center during the time of the incident through a license plate reader.
GnvInfo hasn't independently verified the reason prosecutors dropped the case, but TV20 reported it was due to a “lack of evidence provided by law enforcement.”
