Gainesville Man Arrested for Domestic Battery by Strangulation; Multiple Witnesses

Antonio Demon Gardin, 41, was arrested Sunday night and charged with domestic battery by strangulation. 

A witness told police that she was standing between Gardin and the victim, and Gardin pushed past her to hit and choke the victim. 

Another witness told police she saw Gardin beat and choke the victim. 

Gardin’s bond is set at $50,000.
