Gainesville Man Arrested for Kidnapping

Brandon R. Hines, 33, was arrested on Friday on a warrant for kidnapping and domestic battery. 

On camera, Hines grabbed the victim by her hair, dragged her to his car and forced her inside before driving away.

Witnesses on the scene described hearing screaming across from the parking lot, with one describing it as a “full on fight.” 

Hines’ bond is set at $75,000.
