Man Sentenced to Year of Probation for Exposing Sexual Organs Near Rawlings Elementary School

Edward Cosby Ricks, 28, was convicted of indecent exposure last week and sentenced to one year of probation.

Ricks took a plea deal and will be required to undergo mental health and psychosexual evaluations.

The arrest report obtained by GnvInfo states the victim was getting ready to exit the parking lot of Rawlings Elementary School while sitting in her vehicle. She saw Ricks standing across the street, leaning against a light pole, “holding his penis in his hand fully exposed while making a jerking motion.” 

At the time of the incident, there were a large number of kids playing at the playground in front of Rawlings who could have seen Ricks exposing himself.
