Man Smiles in Mugshot After Domestic Battery Arrest
Anthony Laverne Roberts, 59, was arrested on Tuesday and charged with domestic battery.
The arrest report states that Roberts was walking past his partner during an argument and backhanded her in the face, causing her lip to bleed.
Roberts refused to talk to the police after his arrest.
Roberts has 13 felony and 10 misdemeanor adjudications. His bond is set at $10,000.
