In July 2023, Daniels was found guilty of aggravated stalking and video voyeurism and sentenced to one year
William Lee Smith, 68, was arrested on Wednesday and charged with battery on an elderly person.
Smith reportedly pushed the victim during an argument. The victim then walked into the kitchen to make
Richard Steven Lopez, 26, has been sentenced to community control and probation for not registering as a sex offender.
In 2013, Lopez was convicted of aggravated sexual assault against a child six or
Walter Morris Porter, 43, was arrested on Tuesday on a warrant for aggravated stalking and two counts of intimidation.
Porter was charged via sworn complaint on December 17, 2024.
