Lee Levelle Danzy, 52, was arrested on March 17 and charged with child cruelty.
The victim told police that Danzy punched her in the face multiple times, causing swelling and a bloody nose.
Matthew John Rittenhouse, 39, was arrested last week and charged with domestic battery.
Rittenhouse reportedly pushed the victim, causing her to fall to the ground.
