Elijah Luis Montanez, 23, was arrested on March 4 and charged with simple battery.
The arrest report states Montanez approached the victim and began yelling at her. As the victim walked away, Montanez
Delord Kendrick Anderson, 22, was booked into the Alachua County Jail on Saturday on a warrant for felony battery.
Anderson was charged via sworn complaint on June 15, 2024, after he reportedly struck
