Kobe Deon Delima, 21, was found guilty of voyeurism Tuesday and sentenced to one year of probation.
Delima was arrested in August 2024 after masterbating while looking at a woman through her window
On Monday the State Attorney’s Office dropped all charges against Joshua Brenn Chappell, 43.
Chappell was arrested on January 31 and charged with battery, child cruelty and resisting an officer without violence.
