Searby’s Support Letters
The following are the letters submitted in support of Joel Searby in his initial case.
On June 20, Searby was arrested and charged with lewd and lascivious behavior, using an electronic device to facilitate a felony, and two counts of obscene communication.
On June 25, the letters were submitted.
On September 6, Searby was charged with 12 counts of possession of child sexual abuse material.
