Sex Offender Arrested for Not Completing Treatment While on Probation

Police arrested registered sex offender Allien Wayne Powell, 33, last week for violating the conditions of his sex offender probation.
In 2016, Powell was convicted of two counts of possessing child sexual abuse material and sentenced to five years in prison followed by four years of sex offender probation.
According to the affidavit report, Powell did not complete sex offender treatment or required polygraph examinations.

Powell was arrested on a warrant in Hillsborough County and later transferred to the Alachua County Jail. He is being held without bond.
