Earlier this month, a Guyanese man was arrested by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) after he was booked into the Alachua County Jail on a battery warrant.

Tuesday morning, police booked Neil Joseph Kazmerski, 34, into the Alachua County Jail on a probation violation warrant.
Kazmerski was initially arrested last year on dating violence charges and Judge Denise Ferrero later
