Update Nov 14: Smith was arrested again yesterday and charged with domestic battery resisting an officer without violence and violating his pretrial release conditions.
Christopher Robert Smith, 31, was arrested last week and
Robert James Kirk, 35, was arrested on Wednesday and charged with domestic battery.
The victim reported that Kirk flipped a mattress while she was on it and shoved her three times, causing bruises.

After Lee's arrest, prosecutors dropped
Lonnie Joe Ward, 47, was arrested last week and charged with child molestation.
Ward was at a haunted house and went in after all the other attendees. Ward appeared to take advantage of
Tyrone Alanza Powell, 23, was arrested on Tuesday and charged with intimidation and aggravated stalking.
Gainesville Police Department (GPD) Officer Major Clark reported that Powell had been threateningly texting the victim since July.
