A registered sex offender with pending charges for kidnapping and sexual battery is now in jail after being arrested for not meeting registration requirements.

Alachua County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Devin Demitrious Hartsfield, 27, Tuesday and charged him with domestic battery.
