Gates and the victim were in a verbal argument due to the victim wanting to go outside
Freddie Lee Young, 50, was arrested on Wednesday on a warrant for felony battery with a prior battery conviction.
The victim told police that Young pushed her into the pavement during a dispute.
Christopher Lenard Kelsey, 47, was arrested on April 3 and charged with domestic battery by strangulation.
The victim told police she and Kelsey were arguing outside of their apartment when he grabbed her
