Eldrick Lydell Taylor, 44, was arrested last week and charged with larceny.
Taylor entered the victim’s place of work and took her cell phone.

Raymond Tavares Woods, 33, was arrested Sunday morning and charged with domestic battery.
On January 2 the victim told police she and Woods were arguing over a credit card he took from her.
Niam Rashaw Jones, 43, was arrested on Sunday and charged with domestic battery by strangulation.
