Police arrested Dakota David Johnston, 24, yesterday on a warrant for failing to appear at a pretrial conference in his domestic battery case.

Johnston was charged via sworn complaint in January. According to the report, the victim found out that Johnston was cheating on her with her sister.

When the victim confronted him, Johnston reportedly shoved her, causing her to fall.

Two witnesses told police they saw Johnston push the victim to the ground.

Court records show Johnston was first arrested on a warrant in May and bonded out shortly after.

Despite being arrested for not appearing at his hearing, Johnston was permitted to bond out again for just $2,000, court records show.
