High Springs City Manager Resolves Criminal Case 17 Years After Summons
Jeremy Marshall's Criminal Case Summary (North Carolina Judicial Records)

Records from the North Carolina Judicial System show that High Springs City Manager Jeremy Marshall’s criminal case was disposed of earlier this month after the District Attorney’s Office dismissed the case.

Marshall was alleged to have filed a worthless check with the Food Lion Grocery store in June 2008, court records indicate.

In February 2009, a summons was issued for Marshall to appear in court but it went unserved.

On February 17, 2026 the summons was recalled at the Cumberland County Courthouse and the case was dismissed shortly thereafter.
